Need your pet's vaccination history? Can't remember that food or treat you bought that your pet likes? You can now access this kind of information through ePetHealth anytime! With ePetHealth, you can also receive your pet's reminders by email, gain access to valuable pet health information/videos and request an appointment for your pet online.

 

Access requires initial registration (free). In order to gain registration access, you need a current account with an email address on file at our clinic.

 

To register, please follow these steps:

 

1) Provide our clinic with your current email address (if not already on file). You can do this through email at contact.us@dezavalavet.com or by phone at (210) 699-3939. If  emailing, please provide us your name, address and pet's name to pull up your account.

 

2) Wait until the next day for our system to update files online. This process happens during the night.

 

3) You will receive an email invitation to join ePetHealth. If for some reason you don't receive this invitation, you can also go to www.epethealth.com or click ePetHealth logo above.

 

4) Click on the "first time login?" link under "Pet Owner Secure Login".

 

5) Enter the information requested to set up your account.

 

6) You can start viewing your pet's information right away!
